Its a bye tonight and next week we have our final game, then the finals(YAY!!!). Me and all the team think were going to win because we have not lost a game(exept when the year sevens were away on camp so we had to forfit, which really sucked!!!). So were in the A’s, and if we win we get trophies(YAY!!!). I really really hope we win.

Science Reflection
May31
In science at our school we have been learning about eartquakes. We got into groups I was with G.K and D.D. In the groups we learnt about the types of earthquakes, they are: Convergent which is when preasure is applied to two plates and they push together to make a convegent earthquake, which can form a moutain(this is the one i did). Divergent which causes contenets to move apart and keep their shape. If the earth was a puzzle you could put it back together(this is what G.K did). Transform which is when two tectonic plates rub together in a fault line(this is what D.D did). Here are the diagrams

Footsteps
May24
At our school on Monday mornings, in our gym we have been doing footsteps(which is a person coming in in and teaching us to dance). So far we have learnt four dances hip hop, ballroom blitz, progressive jive and disco. This is counting for our grades for P.E so we have to pay for it and do it. If your school is doing it, please tell me if you like it or not.
Kangaroo Island
April20
Hi everyone in the second week of the school holidays me and my family went to kangaroo island and stayed in Kingscote most of the time but on the weekend we stayed in Hanson bay and this is what we did and saw:
First to get there we took a ferry, it took forty five minutes on the ferry to get there. We arrived in Penneshaw were we drove for forty five minutes to get to Kingscote were we stayed in an apartment, which had two stories but we only had the second storey which was on the beach front (it took so long to lug all of the luggage up the stairs). The next day we went to the Parndana wildlife park(there were so many animals). The rest of the days we did’t do much except on Thursday we went fishing but unfortunately we didn’t catch anything. On Friday we went to seal bay, there were heaps of seals lying on the beach, because they spend three days and nights at sea. The next day we went to the Kelly hill caves were we went on a tour of the caves (did you know that stalictites are water based things that grow from the ceilings of caves and stalicmites are made of the same but form from the bottom of caves). On Sunday we went to the little Sahara which are sand dunes on Kangaroo island, when we were there we went sand boarding (you go one hundred miles an hour) well that’s about all i did except when i went on the ferry back, well that’s all i did on Kangaroo island.
